Hey everyone,

It seems like it should be easy to do, but I can't turn off AutoPay nor can I update the payment method. Anyone know how to do it?

Having the exact same problem; email from Lacerte with a link that brings me to the home page.  Needs to be fixed.  Should not have to call tech support to fix autopay.  Credit card is valid.  They want me to delete autopay and re-enable it, but I cannot find it again after having wasted time finding it once.

What homepage did the email take you too? If it was this one https://accountants.intuit.com/, then the next step on this site would be to Sign in and then delete the credit card.
