This session will ensure you know which firm identifiers need to be entered into the program as well as the process for doing so. Managing and inviting others to your ProConnect environment- an essential process for many firms- will also be demonstrated with special consideration given to user permissions. Finally, firm customization will be showcased to help you personalize your and your clients’ experience.
