Please be advised that I spent 1 hour 55 minutes trying to resolve why the California info, and then the California SUTA rate for a particular client's employee was incorrect. First the California information didn't show up at all, then as we went through this, a CA SUTA rate showed up which was incorrect.
The tech was unable to fix it. I then received an e-mail saying the matter was resolved. I have copied and pasted it below in italics. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would get back to me in 24 to 48 business hours. I have been an EasyAcct client for thirty five years, and I expect better service than this.
