We are using Rightworks environment. I don't know how to transfer my client general ledger account balances to Proseries tax system.
Please help.

I'm back to bank rec issues on this version. I'm only running very small clients on the 2025/2026 version but every update brings a new set of problems. I imported January data into the bank rec module and it brought in all the bank transactions from December. The current and prior book transactions look ok, so I guess that's a small blessing.
At this point, I probably need to go back to only using the 2024/2025 version. I will have to re-enter some data on those clients I have converted, but I'm losing more and more time.
I tried importing January data to the bank rec a second time, same client, and now the prior book transactions are the outstanding from both October and November, but not December. We can't get the same results twice in one day for the same client.
If anyone has ideas about a replacement software, I think I'm getting to that point.

No offense, but you should have been at that point a month-and-half ago.
I don't mean to offend anyone, but in my opinion, anybody that renews EasyACCT for next year is ... well, I'll phrase it gently ... not thinking particularly clearly.
I hope others can give some good suggestions for non-Intuit software.
No offense taken. A month and a half ago I was still in the "Hope springs eternal, surely they will get it all fixed soon, they are in the software development industry after all" stage.
I hate to change software, but if I were an employee going to a different firm, I would be likely be doing that. It's not fun, but we can do it if we have to. I'm glad I'm not using an Intuit tax program.
Good luck to us.
