So running slow has not yet again fixed per the release notes.

Came here to find out how the current year program is working because I have not yet downloaded it to all my computers and received an email saying that it would no longer be on the Intuit system after February 16. I have been with this program for over 35 years. This year is a piece of crap, maybe get it fixed before closing the old program.
Just did the update this morning (02/10/26) and afterwards, I got this message trying to open the program again. What do I need to do?

Just got off the phone with tech support, the update fixed the A/R GL distribution issues; however, I am still missing two invoices from December that seen to drop off sometime after January 6th and the Summary Customer History Report is still showing accounts with BF from 12/31/22 that haven't been touched in years! The tech seemed baffled by this and started a case, but I was under the impression that Update #12 was supposed to fix these issues. The weird BF's are not touching my Aged Detail Receivable, thank GOD, but they are showing up in the Customer accounts! I was told to add the two missing invoices from December back in since my aged detail receivable is off because of the missing tickets. Hopefully they don't mysteriously show up again after another update and become doubled up!
Has EasyAcct corrected the backup - I tried to backup my Profession Series files to disk and send to our CPA but when he gets them there is nothing to restore.
Also how do I enter the overtime code that would not tax the .5% and enter it on the W2
Also why is it so slow in getting out of the transaction tab then going to print reports is even closer. This has been a horrible up grade to new year system.
@Kathi_at_Intuit which update is this for? I just downloaded this morning (02/10/26) the 2025.2.12 version and got that error message.
When I go to System - Update Via Internet, I'm getting the same error message.
Has anyone successfully updated, has it fixed the bank rec and copying problems?
Regarding the copying issues, I tried it last night and it did not go through and just flashed the progress bar without copying files like it had been doing to our clients. All of my attempts today, however, have been successful. Even overwriting existing companies seems to work without breaking.
We are in the same boat! There seems to be no urgency from Intuit to fix the faulty software. We also received the email regarding the old program (the one that actually works!). Intuit, do you not understand you are messing with people's livelihoods here? We had to manually create W-2's so our employees would receive them by the deadline. In our office, time is money, Intuit has put us all under a great deal of stress and aggravation at the busiest time of the year! Please fix this now!.
This update is even slower than before. I can never open the enter transaction screen. It is loading forever. It is hopeless now.
