Just got off the phone with tech support, the update fixed the A/R GL distribution issues; however, I am still missing two invoices from December that seen to drop off sometime after January 6th and the Summary Customer History Report is still showing accounts with BF from 12/31/22 that haven't been touched in years!  The tech seemed baffled by this and started a case, but I was under the impression that Update #12 was supposed to fix these issues.  The weird BF's are not touching my Aged Detail Receivable, thank GOD, but they are showing up in the Customer accounts!  I was told to add the two missing invoices from December back in since my aged detail receivable is off because of the missing tickets.  Hopefully they don't mysteriously show up again after another update and become doubled up!
