Downloading Easy 2021

Hello, 

I am trying to download my EASY software and it gives me the following error:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #132.c4e13217.1629138081.370d5568

How can I resolve this?

I just tried to download it and got error message also.  Any thoughts anyone?

I was getting the same error. I just called support and they said it won't be ready until the end of the week and to try again on Monday.
