940 without bank info

Has anyone tried to file the 940 WITH OUT adding the bank information, and gotten a confirmation. updated this morning  the 2.7 update.

I have already tried filing twice and don't feel like wasting anymore time if its only going to fail AGAIN.

We have been filing 940's w/o payments successfully since yesterday's update.

We have also been successfully filing the 940 forms since yesterdays update - starting late afternoon yesterday.   With no banking information.  All of them have been accepted now.
