So, is there going to be a fix for the INFO RETURN SYS, or no? I am unable to create a transmission file without getting diagnostics errors saying "State info not present for C/F". I guessing this has to do with the Combined Federal/State program?? All transmitter settings are filled in the same as last year. WHAT ELSE AM I SUPPOSED TO ENTER??? WHAT STATE INFO IS NOT PRESENT??? Neither the 1099s NOR the W2s will create a transmission file without these errors and then the whole program crashes and shuts off when attempting to enter the Transmit Electronic Files module. IT IS NOW JAN 22nd and I can't seem to get any kind of answer on these issues!!!!!!!

In Company Info/Electronic Filing I have 'Participate in Combined Federal/State Filer Program' checked.
We have the Participate in Combined Fed/State box checked. All settings are the same settings we've had for the past several years with no problems. I do not know why it won't create the transmission files or why it keeps shutting off. I don't know what state info it's referring to that it keeps saying is missing. We have all of the these W2s and 1099s but can't efile anything because it won't create the electronic files.
I don't know. You will have to call EasyAcct and they could probably do a screen share with you. Good luck.
I tried to finish mine today and now the system just shuts down when I try to create a transmission file.
I entered the state withholding ID. and that work fine.
yesterday, I'm able to transmit two files. today every time I try the system shutdown.
