This is incredibly buggy.  We have several workstations that have the 2026 tables available abd several that do not.  We have reinstalled a few times on the ones that are not working and no luck yet.

We ran an update of tax tables only on the few computers that did not have it and that fixed the issue.

That tax table is exactly the same with 2025's. There is no updates on the 2026 tax table on EasyACCT yet. They just simply copied and pasted 25TTBLS and rename it to 26TTBLS so EasyACCT can run with no errors popping up. Need to wait for a real 2026 tax table update as of now.

For those using Hosted, the update will be available this upcoming weekend.

Hello,

I just ran the update, the program is still running very slow when trying to open a company file. And I tried to do a bank reconciliation and there are no previous transactions to be cleared and the current transactions are gone as well.

Thank you both for your responses. This has been reported and will be reviewed after the holiday. We should have some more information for you next week.

Is there any update on this? We have the same issue as the above where it is running extremely slow. It take 2-5 minutes just to switch to a different month. We also lost bank reconciliation information. This is very poor timing for bugs with the system when payroll reporting needs to get done along with year end bookkeeping for tax returns.

When are they going to fix this? Any updates???

@mmoody901 and @bfolsom  Thank you both for posting in the Community. We’ve been actively collecting feedback related to the 2025/2026 version and have shared it directly with our development team for review. On Monday there was a release for EasyACCT that fixed the W3 being unable to be printed and crashing the program. At this time, we do not have a specific ETA for when all concerns will be fully resolved. As fixes are released, we will continue to update the Community

We appreciate your patience as we work to address these concerns.

Thank you for the continued feedback.

Upcoming update post:

We will be publishing an outlining of what today’s update addresses. That post will serve as the central location for the latest information related to this release, and we will return to this thread to share the link once it is available.

Please centralize feedback:

Once the update post is live, we ask that you share what is working and what is not working directly on that post. Centralizing feedback will help ensure all concerns are captured as efficiently as possible.

Important note:

Today’s update will not resolve all outstanding issues, but it does move us one step closer.

We understand this has been a difficult and frustrating rollout, and we recognize the disruption this has caused. We appreciate your patience and the time you’ve taken to share your feedback. Please watch for the update post for the most current information.
