Has anyone received an e-file acceptance for 2026 1st Qtr Form 941? I sent on 04/01/26 and has been pending ever since then. I transmitted using update 2025.3.02. Have since updated to 2025.3.03.

IS there a video or something that shows you how to do the 941 electronically? We have been using this software since 1989 and we have never done the 941's that way. How did y'all learn how to do them?
To E-file forms 940, 941and 944 from EasyACCT, you need the following:
1) An active Agency Login, 6-Digit EFIN (Electronic Filers Identification Number) and an associated 5-Digit PIN that supports e-file.
2) Internet access
Follow these steps to set up and submit forms 940, 941 and 944 electronically.
1) In the Print Reports screen, select form 940/941/944 to print.
2) After reviewing the information on screen for accuracy, click Create EF
3) If any errors are displayed, fix them before proceeding:
a. Print the list of errors. Click Close.
b. Fix each error from the list.
c. Repeat steps 1 and 2 from above.
4) Enter your EFIN, PIN and contact information.
a. If you do not have an EFIN, click the link for more information on obtaining one and follow those instructions.
5) Click Submit to send the file to the taxing authority.
6) Next, you will see a confirmation page where you can optionally print the confirmation for your records.
7) To check the E-file Status, click System, View E-File History.
a. Click Audit Trail for more detailed information.
b. Choose Reprint E-filing to see a form view of what was submitted to the taxing authority.
When you submit the 940/941/944 form electronically, the following occurs:
1) EasyACCT sends the information to Intuit.
2) Intuit sends the 940/941/944 tax form information to Taxing Authority.
3) Taxing Authority processes the form and then returns the status to Intuit.
4) When you check the e-file status, EasyACCT retrieves the current status from Intuit and returns the status to the E-filing History window.
