EasyAcct Pay Rates

My EasyAcct will only allow me to enter two spaces past the decimal.  I need to be able to enter 4 places past it for hourly employees.  I cannot find where to change the default.  Any help would be appreciated.

I do not know of any way to change that.  Does it really make that big of difference that you need 4 decimal places for a rate of pay?  We're only talking pennies here, right?  I suppose you could always manually calculate the total pay and enter that amount for gross pay.

Good luck!

It's pennies per hour yes.  Since we round up it can mean up to $20 per year per employee.  Not a real big deal.  Interestingly enough, we have a bank questioning our reporting because of this, which is the bogger deal for me.
