help, tried calling and when callback came lady was being helpful, but got disconnected and she DID NOT CALL ME BACK

Seems to be a company wide problem with getting disconnected. I was also disconnected yesterday afternoon after an hour on the phone with them and no solution. Problem with 1099's sale of merchandise box being checked, and with Wisconsin SUTA form not available anymore.
Try to open the program by Right clicking with your mouse and select Administrator on the options available when opening the program.
