SINCE IT IS LEAVE OR DISABILITY FROM GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT, ARE EITHER OF THESE SUBJECT TO THE $10,200 WAIVER?
IF NOT, HOW DO YOU EXCLUDE ON PROSERIES BASIC?
