Stimulus Checks -- bank info tool, how to enter for not owing or getting refund

Hello,

Looking for advice on how to enter for question on the entering bank information:

If person did not owe any money, nor received any refund, which radio button should be selected--Refund, or Owed Taxes?  

The system detects error if neither is chosen, so one of these must be selected. 

So far no matter which is tried, am getting "Technical Difficulties" message after submitting...

I dont think they built the tool with that scenario in mind...I did see that they would be doing maintenance to the app this weekend...maybe they'll get that part fixed up.

For as quickly as they put it together, Im surprised it works as well as it does.
