We aim to serve you from the moment you consider our software—that’s where our experienced new customer consultants come in. With more than 120 years of combined experience serving tax professionals, our customer consultants have deep knowledge of best practices and trends within the tax profession, and serve as advisors who can help potential new customers optimize their time, improve their service offerings, and grow their business. In this blog series, we are spotlighting each of our new customer consultants. Today, we are introducing Kim Gallahan-Clayton. Kim has been with Intuit since 1995—more than 30 years. She is based in Virginia, and when not working, she is busy with her passion as the lead singer in a classic rock R&B band. What Kim loves most about her job is helping customers solve problems and grow their businesses. She says, “It’s my mission to partner with our customers and assist them in thinking outside of their way of doing things. To do this, I strive to understand their workflow, what pain they are feeling, and how much work they can automate. And then I can help them find ways to be more efficient, expand their services, maximize their staff, and find ways to grow over the next three to five years. It’s not just about helping our customers change software. It’s about how I can take their business and clients to the next level.” Kim is a true advisor to our customers. Her vast experience and expertise in our products and services, coupled with her ability to listen and understand their business needs, allow her to deliver immense value to clients. It’s not just about selling them the perfect product, but helping them optimize their use of it so they can grow and thrive. One of the benefits of working with Kim is that she is not just a typical salesperson, but someone who can help customers see the big picture. She brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas that can take their business to the next level. Her desire to help our customers is evident in the testimonials we receive from them. Scott Scarborough, CPA, lauded her, saying, “Our consultant, Kim, was GREAT—always available and always helpful. Kim was great at connecting us to ProConnect™ resources and other ProConnect users to help us resolve issues and grow our business.” In summary, we are proud to have Kim Gallahan-Clayton on our team at Intuit Accountants. Her vast experience, expertise, and exceptional customer service skills make her an invaluable asset to tax professionals who are considering our solutions. We hope you enjoyed getting to know Kim!
