We aim to serve you from the moment you consider our software—that’s where our experienced new customer consultants come in. With more than 120 years of combined experience serving tax professionals, our customer consultants have deep knowledge of best practices and trends within the tax profession, and serve as advisors who can help potential new customers optimize their time, improve their service offerings, and grow their business. Today, please meet Katherine Weiler. At Intuit Accountants, we know that finding the right product for our customers is just the beginning. That’s why we have knowledgeable and experienced consultants like Katherine Weiler, who can provide valuable knowledge and advice to help our customers optimize their time and services, and grow their tax firms. Katherine is based in Florida, and is the proud mom of four children and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys binge-watching true crime shows, reading, and exploring Florida with her kids. This love of learning and exploring perfectly aligns with her work as one of our new customer consultants. Katherine takes the time to understand each tax firm’s unique processes and workflows, and offers customized advice, taking into consideration the firm’s objectives, goals, and vision. Katherine understands that helping tax firms achieve success requires more than just recommending the right products. That’s why she helps to foster participation in our company’s weekly webinars, demonstrates product features via Zoom, deep dives into the tax firm’s processes, and provides billing templates and client communication templates to new firms. She says her favorite tool to showcase to our prospective customers is the Books to Tax feature offered by the Intuit® ProConnect™ Tax integration with QuickBooks® Online Accountant. Katherine brings a diverse range of interests and experiences to her work, which only reinforces her passion for helping tax professionals succeed. Her ability to understand the day-to-day operations of tax firms and implementing solutions to reduce inefficiencies makes her an invaluable member of our team. “Our Books to Tax ecosystem speaks for itself, and I love showcasing that value to our tax firms,” she says. If you’re looking for any help optimizing your tax firm, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our new customer consultant team at 888-869-5812.
