Using Quick Entry Mode in ProSeries Professional

This article will assist you with changing from Quick Entry Mode to Form Mode when inside a Intuit ProSeries Professional client file.

To change from Quick Entry Mode to Form mode:

1. Open the client return.
2. From the File menu, select Go to Form Mode.

To change from Form Mode to Quick Entry Mode:

1. Open the client return.
2. From the File menu, select Go to Quick Entry Mode.

If you're in Quick Entry Mode every time you open a new or existing client, you can change this by doing the following:

1. From the Tools menu, select Options.
2. Click General on the left side of the window.
3. Remove the check from the box labeled Start new clients in Quick Entry Mode.
4. Remove the check from the box labeled Start existing clients in Quick Entry Mode.
5. Click OK.
