Remove a Form from a Tax Return in ProSeries

This article will help you delete or remove a federal or state form, schedule, W-2, or worksheet from a tax return in ProSeries.

Removing a tax form:

1. Open the form you want to remove.
2. From the Forms menu, select Remove [form name].
3. A message will appear asking you to confirm the removal, select Yes.

It's important to note that if you're removing a form from a state return and the form keeps repopulating, it's being generated somewhere else.
