Remove a Form from a Tax Return in ProSeries

How to delete or remove a federal or state form, schedule, W-2, or worksheet from a tax return in Intuit ProConnect ProSeries Professional Edition or Intuit ProConnect ProSeries Basic Edition.

Solution Description:

To Remove a Form from the Return:

1. Open the form you wish to remove.
2. From the Forms Menu select Remove [form name].
3. A message box will appear asking you to confirm the removal, click Yes.

Note: If you are removing a form from a state return and the form keeps repopulating, it has information that is flowing from the federal return.
