Generating Kentucky Form 725 Single Member LLC in Lacerte

How do I generate a Kentucky Single Member LLC, Form 725 for an Individual client?

1. Go to Screen 54.299, Kentucky 725 Single Member LLC
2. Enter the LLC name in Name of LLC (MANDATORY)
3. Enter any additional information to report in the appropriate fields below
   • If you would like to generate multiple Forms 725, click Add in the left hand column and repeat steps 2 & 3
4. Once the basic information for the LLC(s) has been entered, go to the appropriate activity screens to link;
   • Schedule C, Screen 16
   • Schedule E, Screen 18
   • Schedule F, Screen 19
5. Scroll to the Kentucky SMLLC information section of the screen and use the drop-down to select the appropriate SMLLC Name (entered in step 2).

Note: When viewing Form 725 in the Forms tab, a drop-down window will be available at the top of the form.  This will allow you to toggle through each Form 725 generated.
