Generating Kentucky Form 725 Single Member LLC in ProConnect Tax

How do I generate a Kentucky Single Member LLC, Form 725 for an Individual client?

1. Go to Input Return ⮕ State & Local ⮕ Kentucky 725 Single Member LLC
2. Enter the LLC name in Name of LLC (MANDATORY)
3. Enter any additional information to report in the appropriate fields below
   • If you would like to generate multiple Forms 725, click the + sign towards the top of the input screen to add a tab and enter the information for those LLC's.
4. Once the basic information for the LLC(s) has been entered, go to the appropriate activity screens to link;
   • Schedule C
   • Schedule E
   • Schedule F
5. Scroll to the Kentucky SMLLC information section of the screen and use the drop-down to select the appropriate SMLLC Name.
