Printing Client Labels in ProSeries

Before you start:
- The information in this article doesn't apply to the ProSeries Basic. ProSeries Basic doesn't support the ability to print client labels.
- It isn't recommended to print labels to inkjet printers.

Follow these steps to print client labels:
- Open ProSeries
- Select the client(s) on the HomeBase view that require printed mailing labels
- Hold the Ctrl key or the Shift key to select multiple client files.
- From the File menu, select Print.
- Under the From HomeBase section, select Print Client Labels.
- Select the layout that best fits the labels you have:
- 2 across
- 3 across
- Select Print.
- Labels begin printing in location 1–1, you can't specify a label location. We suggest that you print a full page of labels, when possible.
- Select Close on the Printing Message Log.
ProSeries supports the labels listed in the Label Size table. These are the only label customization options supported:

To change the printer used to print Client Labels:
- Open ProSeries.
- From the File menu, select Print Options.
- Select Printer, PDF, and DMS Setup.
- Under Labels Printer, select Change.
- From the Name drop-down, select the printer.
- Select OK to confirm the printer and OK to close the print center.
