Locating PDFs printed from ProSeries

When you print to PDF from ProSeries Professional or ProSeries Basic the default save location is C:\ProPDF\. There will be a TY folder for each tax year of ProSeries installed and the PDFs are saved there automatically.

In ProSeries Professional, it's possible to change where the PDFs are saved. To check the save location, or change it:
- Open ProSeries.
- From the File menu, select Change Directory.
- Under PDF Directory you can see the destination for PDF formatted files.
- Select Browse if you wish to change the directory.
- Select the folder you want the PDFs saved to and click OK.
- Click OK to save the settings.
