If this is not generating you can force it under Screen 3 Miscellaneous, under the New Hampshire Miscellaneous section. In the Interest and Dividends Return subsection, there is a "Form DP-10 blank=when applicable, 1=force, 2=suppress [O]" input field. Select 1=Force which will force the DP-10 to generate.

In Screen 11, Interest Income and Screen12, Dividend Income, both have an Other subsection under Form 1099-INT and 1099-DIV. In the Other subsection is a "Reason for inrerests or dividends are not taxable to NH (Ctrl+T or other) [O] {NH}". Use the dropdown list in each screen as applicable which will populate the Reason Code on Page 2 of the NH DP-10. NOTE: Please fill out completely the Name of Payor, Payor's ID Number and the Non-taxable amount to complete the input.
