ProConnect Tax onboarding for Intuit Select Pro Staffing

Step 1: Invite them through manage users:

The firm administrator will need to grant them program access:

1. Sign in to ProConnect.
2. Select in the lower left corner.
3. Under YOUR FIRM, select Manage & Invite Users.
4. Select Add user.
5. Enter the following information to complete the invitation:
   • First name
   • Last Name
   • E-Mail
   • Access:
     • It's recommended to select Basic.
   • Permission to e-file:
     • Select Yes if you would like the staffing expert to have the ability to e-file
     • Select No if you would like to limit the ability to e-file.
6. Select Next.
7. Select the clients you would like to provide access to. Select the checkbox next to CLIENT to select all.
8. Select Save to send the invite.
9. Make sure the invitation was sent by looking under Pending Invitations for the user.

If you are viewing Manage Users as an Admin and this action isn't available, you may need to clear your browser cache.

Step 2: Other reminders:

• If your firm uses any other software for VPN, remote access, log me in etc, reach out to your local IT to have the staff provisioned.
