Intuit Hosting user unable to access the I:\ drive

by Intuit Updated 1 month ago

A user will no longer have access to the I:\ drive in the hosted environment if the Account Owner or an Account Admin revokes their access, making it appear that their I:\ drive is missing. To give back access, the Account Owner or Account Admin would:

  1. Sign in to the Rightworks AppHub.
  2. Go to Admin Controls.
  3. Choose the Access Management tab.
  4. Select Grant Access.
  5. In the Search for users or organizations field, enter the user's name or email. It'll search once something has been entered.
  6. Select the + (plus) next to the person you want to give access to again. They will be listed below.
  7. Once the wanted user(s) are listed, choose Grant Access.
