
Intuit Hosting user unable to access the I:\ drive

A user will no longer have access to the I:\ drive in the hosted environment if the Account Owner or an Account Admin revokes their access, making it appear that their I:\ drive is missing. To give back access, the Account Owner or Account Admin would:
- Sign in to the Rightworks AppHub.
- Go to Admin Controls.
- Choose the Access Management tab.
- Select Grant Access.
- In the Search for users or organizations field, enter the user's name or email. It'll search once something has been entered.
- Select the + (plus) next to the person you want to give access to again. They will be listed below.
- Once the wanted user(s) are listed, choose Grant Access.
