If you are seeing a grid, blue lines, blocks, or black dots when accessing the Rightworks hosted environment:
- Double-click the red logoff button to sign out of the hosted environment.
- If you are missing this icon, or can't get to it, right-click on the Start/Windows icon in the hosted environment, select Shut down or sign out, and choose Sign out.
- If you are using another remote desktop connection, sign out of that rdp connection too.
- Browse to C:\Users\(folder for the user)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Cache and delete the contents of the Cache folder.
- Tip: You can enter %localappdata% in a Run window or Windows Search to go directly to C:\Users\(folder for the user)\AppData\Local\
