This issue will occur when the Client Copy is included in the esignature request but Items to print for the Client Copy are not selected.

To resolve:
- Go to the Settings menu and select Options.
- Go to the Items to Print tab and select Client under the Copy section.
- In the Print order - Client Copy section, select Defaults or check the desired items to print with the client copy.
- Select OK to save the changes.
- Try eSignatures again.
