Error 935 Error 92411 Null Input Parameter Unexpected When Trying to E-file a Return in ProSeries

The error message "Error -935 error 92411, Code base error; Null input parameter Unexpected" is displayed when trying to E-file a return or retrieve acknowledgments in the ProSeries Professional or ProSeries Basic program.

• Error -935 error 94301
• Error -935 error 92401.

To resolve this error:

1. Close ProSeries
2. Start your computer in Safe Mode and attempt to e-file again.
3. If you don't receive an error message, then you have a background process that is conflicting with ProSeries. Contact your local IT for help determining what the process that is.
4. If you receive the same error then the ProSeries installation has been damaged. See Performing a clean install of ProSeries for instructions on repairing your installation.
