We have checked on this diagnostic and it does not clear when entering the email address in Screen 1 Client Information. Please note that the diagnostic is informational and does not stop e-file transmission.
We do see when the email address is entered in Screen 1 it populates on GA Form 700, page 2.
We recommend contacting Lacerte Support. They can help verify whether the email address appears in the electronic filing for Georgia. We’ve also submitted this diagnostic to our development team for further review.
