The following diagnostic is generating: E-file: New Mexico requires a preparer e-mail address for electronic filing. Enter the e-mail address for the preparer. (ref. #13418) There is no jump to and I've searched every screen for a preparer email address input. Nothing, please help.
Hello, Try the steps below and let me know if you were able to resolve this:
1) Select the Settings menu at the top of the program screen. 2) Select Options or Primary Options (if applicable). 3) Select the Preparers tab. 4) Double-click the preparer's name or select the Modify button at the bottom of the Options screen. 5) Enter the appropriate information in the E-mail Address field in the Preparer Information screen. 6) Select OK in the Preparer Information screen. 7) Select OK in the Options screen to save the changes.
