The following diagnostic is generating: "Some savings, money market and controlled spending accounts are not eligible for automatic drafts. Please confirm with your bank or credit union if the account you've selected can be automatically drafted. If your payment is returned from your bank unpaid, you will be subject to a "penalty for bad electronic funs transfer." The penalty is 10% of the payment ...." The particular return this is showing up on there is no amount due, there is a refund. Same bank account used in prior year, no issues. There is no fix on if the bank does confirm, this critical diagnostic will not go away. How to fix please, so I can efile the return?
