I am having major issues with TPG not issuing a client their refund check. The first issue was my client transposed a # on her account number at the bank. So, TPG finally sent a paper check once it went back to them, issue is they sent it to a incorrect address that she hasn't lived at in 4+ years. The correct address was on the tax return. We have sent 8 indemnity bonds to get a new check issued to the correct address and they are giving her and me the run around. They say they mail a check right then and give 10 business days to received and she never gets anything. I even got them to mail me the checks to issue in my office but they won't give me access to actually print the check! I am very fed up with TPG and need a resolution. My client is on the last straw and is about to pursue legal action to get her refund check. Any help/guidance or advice would be so much appreciated.
