Requesting prior year returns as executor
My client was granted executor of her grandmother’s will and needs to get her prior year returns. As a tax professional am I able to request them through the TDS system? Or is there another process for executors? This is the first time I have had a client who needed to request documents so I am not sure what exactly is required. Any information on what I need to do is appreciated.
