Vote for me.  If elected, I will repeal the tax on treasure trove.  If I'm out getting some fresh air with my metal detector and happen to find thousands of dollars worth of gold coins, why should I have to pay tax on that?

And another thing, I will repeal the tax on lottery winnings.  The state already keeps half the money from lottery ticket sales.  Why should the rest of it be taxed?  Just because someone occasionally becomes a billionaire, doesn't mean we should make them pay tax on it.  Vote for me.

And then there's jury duty.  Why should that be taxed?  It's usually less than minimum wage, anyway.  And the lawyers aren't allowed to tip the jurors.  It's really unfair for that to be taxed.  This needs to be repealed, don't you agree?

You got my vote - just in case I win the lottery.  Just for clarification, are there any goofy rules saying you need to buy a lottery ticket to win?
