can you received a direct deposit on a mail in tax return. some of the numbers are block.

It is a function of the type of copy you are printing. If you were to share your product, we might be able to give more help.

Make sure the account and routing numbers are not masked.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

For direct deposit (refund) the routing and account numbers should NOT be masked on the mail in copy.

For direct debit (balance due) the routing and acct numbers are all XXXX's since you cannot initiate a direct debit on a mail in return, this is for Efiling only.
