The 100% Meals box on the Quick Entry Income/Deduction page maps to the WRONG LINE!! If you prepare returns for states that DO NOT conform to the 100% deduction for meals, and you use Quick Entry Mode, your returns are all WRONG.
The 100% Meals line on Quick Entry maps to the NON-RESTAURANT meals line, and on the state return DOES NOT reduce your entry to only 50% of the meals amount (Your California returns are all wrong as a result!).
Total programming illogic, since Other 100% Meals is an almost non-existent category, and Restaurant Meals at 100% is the vast majority of what your client has as an expense.
Good Luck fixing all the S-Corps, and lower level owners returns!!!
