Client will be signing up for Medicare in December and her birthday is 12/12; her husband is on Medicare, there are no children at home. I think her maximum contribution to her HSA is $4450 due to the last month rule but she thinks she can still do a family contribution amount? Help

Revenue Procedure 2018-27 (dated April 26, 2018)
