They are taking cues from the private sector.

Anyone believe this will change anything? I don't.

Most likely it will have SOME effect.  Whether or not it is enough of an effect to actually notice improvements, probably not.

I wonder who the Chief Bad Experience Officer is for Intuit these teams.  Or does Intuit have a team for that?

I hear the guy they hired has years of experience in private practice, as a proctologist.
