PTP disposed of units in 2018, where do I included the statement that is required per IRC Section 751 Statement.

Nice to have you in the community. The statement would have to be included as a PDF. If you were to type in the Ask ProSeries box in the upper right "attach PDF" and click on Ask it would bring up this knowledge base for you:

If you need to include the IRC Section statement with a printed return. You would have to create one, print it and send in with the return.
