IL Paid Preparer requirement

Hello, are there any credentials needed to be a paid preparer in IL? From their website I only the see PTIN requirement and that Chicago has some disclosure forms. Anything else?

I'm not in IL but it looks like as long as you have a PTIN showing up on the IL return, you are good to go.
