I want to make a change for my CPE.. anyone ever use Surgent? I've been using CPE 247 but I want to try something else.

Our state society lists a lot of Surgent CPE along with their own CPE classes. I've used it for accounting courses, but not tax. I have never used CPE 247 to compare to but I'm guessing Surgent is just as good if not better than CPE 247.

I received material from them but I can't remember if I've used them once or so. I try to get my CPE from different sources. Take a look at The CPE Store in Texas. I just finished some agricultural accounting CPE and it was pretty good.
