3 weeks from the tax deadline
Yes, can't get in this morning...
Let's hope it's resolved soon!
Yes, on all machines.
Unable to validate your online credentials is what I get
Good to know I am not alone......are they planning to reinburse us for down time?
we were able to get through support and just got "we are aware and working on it, just keep trying"
Same here in So Cal with appointments starting in 30 minutes. Sheesh
I am running software locally on my PC. Is anyone using their hosting software?
WT ef??? Me, too!
Yes, can not sign in this morning!
Yes can't login either. Does it matter if you're DT or cloud?
We are down over here. We were able to get in with limited access and it stated, "A problem occurred while checking Connected Services. You may need to Sign In again to use some features." Just what we needed for the 2022 filing season!
Yes Wth lacerte
I am having troubles. I log in and it indicates that it cannot verify my online credentials.
oddly I was able to log into 2021 Lacerte but not 2022????
I'm sure it works. Another intuit sale ploy,
It must be the **bleep** Russians again.....
I repeated tried to log in without taking a break. I'm finally in but got this message:
"A problem occurred while checking Connected Services. You may need to Sign In again to use some features."
I am using this as leverage when software renewals come around
agree, this is not good.
dead in the water here in KC too 😕
Sounds like Mayor Pete got a new job at Lacerte.
Me too, I was in but when I tried to request eSig, it said Unable to validate your online credentials. Please try again later.
Breaking for lunch here......
We can not get in either!!!
Lets hope they fix it soon!
My fear is they have a data breach and system is compromised.
its hard not to be thinking that
Intuit products (QB Desktob, specifically payroll services) were real glitchy a week or so ago too, this event doesn't help calm those thoughts
Good news I got in system. at least i can enter data.
can you pop out forms screen and navigate that window?
I can work without pop out forms, but i worry they'll push a huge update to wipe everything that was done prior to the "event" since we don't know and probably never will be told what this is
im spending my afternoon reorganizing and getting source data ready to go for when I have confidence in it again
Only 2022 programs affected. It let me authenticate and load 2021 version. (I just did it to test if only 2022 is affected.
Pop forms and everything is working on my system, not going to try anything over the internet until we get the all clear sign.
Data files are separate from program files, so I would just backup your work and I think we are good on that front at least
So, other than this chaotic little mishap, hows everyone's season been going so far?
Hi there,
Just checked in with the team and looks like this issue has been resolved. We appreciate your patience.
