how long it takes the irs to review a 709 return form

Morning. No I am not being audited. I mailed the 709 form on 3-21-25. It is my first 709. I wanted to know how long until the IRS reviews the form .

I don't know that they do review it.

I'd guess paper returns take about 12 weeks to process.
