I am filing a 1065 K-1 schedule and 2 of the partners sold their 25% interest to the other two partners Sept 30, 2023. How do I show ordinary income from 1/1/2023 to 9/30/2023 for the two partners who sold their interest? The total income from business was $2600.00 from 1/01/2023 to 9-30-2023 and a loss in the amount of $2000.00 for period 10-01-2023 - 12/21/23.
