Has anyone had this issue? My PBR application says my address has invalid fields and when I go in to check the address. I take the # sign out and replace it with unit. It gives me an error:
bankProcessor.tpg.holdShipment holdShipment should be in future
Please fix the errors and try again.
I tried to call Proseries and am very disappointed in their customer service. I was transferred 4 times before I had finally had enough. 2 hour call
