Wages That are not W2 But Must Be Entered On Line 1 Of 1040

Wepio50

Please add a way to input UN Statement of Taxable Earnings into line 1 of 1040, I used to do that on Drake previously. And the wages automatically flow to 1040 line 1.

Some UN workers don't receive W2s but instead receive a wages summary that must be entered on Line 1 of 1040.

Thank you,

Isn't there input for foreign employer and/or no W-2?

No, this is not a foreign employee.

It’s treated just like a W2 worker, but it’s not a W2.

I’ve done this before on another software without getting all that extra stuff.

I know what it is. In Lacerte we can get it on the wages line by checking foreign employer.

Pro connect needs to get it together then.

I bet the UN does have an EIN. Maybe Google can help.

Or would all 9s work?

US citizens employed by the UN, working in the US, pay self-employment tax.
