System needs to be updated to properly display ® without forcing  prior to i

If one needs to have ® in their signature line, ProConnect currently appears to contain a font mapping error and cannot recognize the special character correctly. Therefore, in the signature section of all client letters, although the ® does print out, it is preceded by "Â". For for example, instead of properly showing "CFP®" the system shows it as "CFP®"
Please fix the system to allow proper display of the trademark symbol (and other special characters)
