short year header update

Sometimes when filing a short year return (like the final year of a 1041), we need to use the next tax year, but those forms aren't available yet. The IRS says to simply cross out the year in the (each) tax form header and update with the next/fiscal correct year. E.g., 2025 forms are not available as of today, but I'm completing a fiscal year 2025 1041, and I don't want to wait until next February to use the issued 2025 forms.

Add an option to ProConnect to update tax return page headers to fiscal year.
