Request to Correct eSignature Status "Multiple" in Return View
Submitted by puravidapto on 02-03-2023 09:25 PMWhen a signature request is sent, and if the client fails to sign and the request is voided and resent, the eSignature status under the return view currently shows "multiple." This is not an accurate representation of the current status. I request that the status be updated to accurately reflect the current, non-voided eSignature request.

Thanks for the idea to change eSignature status "multiple" to current non-voided request status. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
